Process

How it works

1Sign up

Enter the hospital name, contact person, phone and email in the app, and your account opens right away. Accounts for existing partner hospitals are opened by our team.

2Order · send materials

Choose the disc, case, print, delivery method and quantity, and upload your logo, building photo and hospital details in the app.

3Proof approval

Check the proof in the app and approve it. Revision requests are unlimited.

4Production · delivery

Printed, produced and shipped directly. The tracking number appears in the app and a tax invoice is issued.

  • Recommended quantityOrdering 6 to 12 months of use at once is better for both unit price and delivery schedule. The minimum is 100 discs.
  • PaymentPrepayment or monthly billing, agreed with each hospital. Tax invoices are requested and checked in the app.

Checklist · FAQ

What to send, and where to ask

  • Original hospital logoVector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best. A sharp JPG or PNG is also fine.
  • Hospital building photoFor the case or disc. Without one, we design with your logo and colors only.
  • Hospital details to printName, address, phone, departments, website: the text that goes on the disc and case.
  • No design? No problemThe BODA ART design team plans it for free and sends you a proof.
Is there a minimum order?

Orders start from 100 discs. Many hospitals order 6 to 12 months of use at once.

How long until delivery?

About a week after proof approval. For urgent orders, add a note in the app and we will adjust the schedule.

How many proof revisions can I ask for?

There is no limit. Send what to change in the app, and we upload a revised proof.

How do I reorder?

Tap “Reorder” on the app home screen and your last order’s specs are filled in. Just change the quantity and submit.

What is the post-visit guide?

A single phone screen for patients after their visit: hospital introduction, today’s treatment, precautions and next appointment. Choose your department to fill in default text, edit it, and send it as a link or via KakaoTalk. Free for partner hospitals.

What about payment and invoices?

Prepayment or monthly billing, agreed with each hospital. Tax invoices are requested and checked in the monthly order history in the app.
